Lucretia looks to Lup for guidance, and, lo and behold, she is puckering up like she's about to go in for a kiss. Her mouth is very firmly pointed toward the camera though, if not on a slight angle. Lucretia fails to see what exactly is hot about such a gesture, but she copies it nevertheless. Maybe this is just a silly human joke, or–)
Oh, (she says, her feathers ruffling up a little,) I get it, it's– supposed to look like a duck bill, when you do that.
(The whole thing is so stupid she dissolves into laughter, still pressed tight to Lup's side, her arm practically around her.)
[Lup snaps her picture just as the harpy begins to laugh, feathers cutely ruffled up, amusement so obvious in her every note. It's not exactly what Lup asked for, but the picture she receives is so much better. Lucretia looks happy there at her side, pressed up against her, not nearly as imposing a figure as she tried to play just moments earlier.]
Got it in one, babe! Look at you! [Lup draws her phone back in, opening the image to show off to her.] Real cute when your feathers ruffle up like that.
(She looks at it curiously, and wrinkles her nose at the image Lup shows back to her. She looks... completely harmless. Cute, even, like Lup said. It's a strange way to see herself. She looks at it for a long moment, uncertain of how she feels, preening a wing absentmindedly. Eventually, she stops, shakes the wing out and steps away from Lup's side with a soft clearing of her throat.)
(Lucretia just stares at her, and then she starts to laugh. She can't help it, the whole situation is so ridiculous. Lup has carried this on for far too long.)
You've exhausted the joke, you know. No, I don't have a number. I don't even think I'd get service in here.

Right.
Well, you... you got what you came for.

[Not much else of a reason for the little human to be out wandering the spooky, dark woods now, is there?
...Still -]
You probably don't have a number I can get, huh?

[Too long or just long enough?]
How else am I gonna get in touch with you again? We've got chemistry! You must feel it too.

(She sighs, and wipes her eyes very carefully with a wing.)
Come on. I'll walk you out safely.
